My Approach

My approach to psychotherapy focuses on the mind-body connection. This approach recognizes that emotions and mental health can have a significant impact on physical sensations and vice versa. The goal of therapy is to help individuals understand and heal their emotional and physical symptoms through a combination of talk therapy and physical awareness exercises. During therapy sessions, individuals may explore and process their emotions, while also paying attention to their body's physical sensations, such as muscle tension and breathing patterns. By integrating the mind and body, therapy can help individuals achieve greater self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
